PRICING & MINIMUMS
At Zapped Headwear, we offer quantity-based pricing for custom hats, with rates based on decoration type. Our hat pricing is automatically adjusted according to the quantity you order, and you can mix hat models and colors to receive bulk pricing. Each product page features a pricing chart for easy reference.
Leather Patch Hats: Prices start at $39.99 for 1 piece and drop to $16.75 per hat for orders of 100+.
Rubber and Embroidered Patch Hats: Prices begin at $20 for 50 pieces (minimum) and reduce to $16.75 per hat for 100+.
Embroidered Hats: Prices start at $22 each for 25 pieces (minimum) and go down to $16.75 per hat for 100+.
Other decoration types, such as silicone heat transfers, can be quoted upon request.
Decoration Minimums:
Engraved or Printed Leather Patch Hats: No minimum order required.
Embroidered Hats: Minimum order of 25 hats.
All Other Decoration Types (rubber patch, embroidered patch, silicone heat transfer, etc.): Minimum order of 50 hats.
Our blank performance hats start at $24.99 per hat and decrease to as low as $12 per hat, depending on the quantity you order. We also offer mesh back hats, with prices ranging from $12 to $6 per hat based on order volume.
There is no minimum order quantity for blank hats, making it easy to purchase as few or as many as you need.

For other decoration options, the process involves submitting a custom hat quote request form and then one of our hat designers will get back to you within a couple days with your hat design. You can’t go wrong with a custom embroidered hat. Zapped offers a variety of embroidery techniques, and a customer favorite is the 3D-Puff embroidery. This option makes your logo pop on the hat! Embroidery is a classic decoration option and looks great on our premium hats. Our 5-Panel and 7-Panel hats make great options for embroidery because they don’t have a stitch going through the center of the hat, it is just a large blank canvas perfect for your design embroidered in style. Getting your personalized hat quickly is not a problem at all. We can have your custom printed leather patch hats shipped out within 2-3 weeks. Other customization options may take a bit longer with lead times of around 3-4 weeks for embroidered logo hats, and about 4-6 weeks for custom hats with rubber patches. We also offer rush services if you are in a hurry to get your personalized hats in hand for a company event or upcoming celebration.
