Pricing
We operate on quantity based pricing based on decoration type.
* Hat pricing is automated based on quantity. Hat Models & Colors can be mixed to receive quantity price. Each hat model has a pricing chart on its product page.
Leather patch hats range from $40 for 1 pc down to $16.25/pc for 100+
Rubber and embroidered patch hats range from $18 for 50 pcs (minimum) down to $16.25/pc for 100+
Embroidered hats range from $20/pc for 25 (minimum) down to $16.5/pc for 100+
Other decoration types can be quoted on request.
Blank performance hats range from $17.99/pc down to $12/pc
Mesh back options ranging from $12-$6

Ordering
*Ordering is simple. For engraved or full color printed leather patch hats, find the hats you are looking for, Personalize your hats on the live mockup customizer by uploading your logo, adjust your cart quantity with how many you need and checkout. For other decoration types, please use the Custom Hat Quote Request Form.
*Custom Rubber (PVC) patch hats are done by quote only due to minimums, proofing requirements, and more intricate artwork.
*Production on custom leather patch hats is typically 10-15 business days. You will receive your personalized hats in just over two weeks and each hat you give away or sell will be a new favorite.
*Blank Hats ordered before 3pm CST ship same day or next business day.
Custom Hats-All CUSTOM HAT sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed however, once the patches have been cut the order will be fulfilled. Please provide photo evidence upon receipt of your hats if received defective and email Zappedbranding@gmail.com.
Any claims must be made with 1 week of receipt. Any claims after 1 week of delivery will not be satisfied.
Pre-Made designs-If you are not satisfied with your item we accept returns on pre made designs (Must be in original condition when returned otherwise refund will not be awarded) Exchanges on pre made designs are accepted and if an item is unworn and in the same condition as at purchase we will gladly refund your money. If you have any questions, please email Zappedbranding@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Blank hats- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs/label creation and will not be refunded until the order is returned unless the hats are being returned due to a fault from Zapped headwear. Returns will not be accepted if items have been used or have wear marks

Orders must be returned with 15 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee up to $100 on any wholesale (12+ pc) blank return to cover costs of shipping supplies and warehouse labor involved. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from destination and will only be refunded for the items themselves.
Limited drop blank items will not be restocked. We regularly offer limited time only headwear. These are a non returnable item.

When these hats are custom decorated with your business logo or design, they make a statement. Our caps are designed to be one size fits most size with adjustable snapbacks, ensuring these custom hats will fit almost all your employees and customers. We also offer larger hats for larger heads, such as our Osprey XL model. We offer a variety of premium hat models. Our Blackhawk 5-Panel is our most popular model. We also offer this 5-Panel hat in our Marine mesh back version. Other models include the 7-Panels Osprey, Cobra and Gunny. We also offer a variety of trucker hats, dad hats, and bucket hats. A wide variety of hat customization options available. Custom hat capabilities include embroidered hats, custom hats with rubber or leather patches and more. We can laser engrave leather patches or do a full color print. We also offer logo embroidered hats, silicon heat transfer custom hats, hats with custom sublimated and woven patches and a few other decoration methods. If you would like to go with the printed leather option, you can upload your logo online and customize it right there. Our customizer tool was built to give you a live mockup so that you can get an idea of exactly what your custom hats will look like. For other decoration options, the process involves submitting a custom hat quote request form and then one of our hat designers will get back to you within a couple days with your hat design. You can’t go wrong with a custom embroidered hat. Zapped offers a variety of embroidery techniques, and a customer favorite is the 3D-Puff embroidery. This option makes your logo pop on the hat! Embroidery is a classic decoration option and looks great on our premium hats. Our 5-Panel and 7-Panel hats make great options for embroidery because they don’t have a stitch going through the center of the hat, it is just a large blank canvas perfect for your design embroidered in style. Getting your personalized hat quickly is not a problem at all. We can have your custom printed leather patch hats shipped out within 2-3 weeks. Other customization options may take a bit longer with lead times of around 3-4 weeks for embroidered logo hats, and about 4-6 weeks for custom hats with rubber patches. We also offer rush services if you are in a hurry to get your personalized hats in hand for a company event or upcoming celebration. One other great thing about working with Zapped Headwear is that we don’t have any minimums for our printed leather patch hats. This makes it easy for entrepreneurs and smaller businesses to get awesome hats to show off their brand while they are growing. For those wanting a larger quantity of hats, Zapped offers quantity price breaks for personalized hats and blank hats. You can mix and match hat models and colors inside of these price breaks, as the breaks apply at the total order quantity. Blank hats may be worn as is or they may be decorated by taking the hats to a local embroidery shop or hat decorator. Our blanks may even be personalized by do-it-yourself methods if you are up to it!
