Custom Hats-All CUSTOM HAT sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed however, once the patches have been cut the order will be fulfilled. Please provide photo evidence upon receipt of your hats if received defective and email Zappedbranding@gmail.com.
Any claims must be made with 1 week of receipt. Any claims after 1 week of delivery will not be satisfied.
Pre-Made designs-If you are not satisfied with your item we accept returns on pre made designs (Must be in original condition when returned otherwise refund will not be awarded) Exchanges on pre made designs are accepted and if an item is unworn and in the same condition as at purchase we will gladly refund your money. If you have any questions, please email Zappedbranding@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Blank hats- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs/label creation and will not be refunded until the order is returned unless the hats are being returned due to a fault from Zapped headwear. Returns will not be accepted if items have been used or have wear marks

Orders must be returned with 15 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee up to $100 on any wholesale (12+ pc) blank return to cover costs of shipping supplies and warehouse labor involved. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from destination and will only be refunded for the items themselves.
Limited drop blank items will not be restocked. We regularly offer limited time only headwear. These are a non returnable item.
